Original specification German Forces desert flecktarn shirt, as issued to troops deployed in Afghanistan. The shirts are cut extra large in order to allow for better ventilation in hot climates. Shirt has two button down pockets, velcro name tape strip, rank tabs on left and right shoulders. Each shirt has the German flag insignia on both upper arms and left arm has a small button down pocket. Shirt is buttoned down with push buttons only, coated on both sides with plastic as an anti-sweat measure. Armpit ventilation gaps are covered with a layer of mesh material.
