Genuine German military surplus trouser belt in tough nylon webbing, suitable for 1 inch or wider belt loops. The belt is made from sturdy narrow webbing which resists deforming or riding. The box-style alloy buckle adjusts along the entire length of the belt with a toothed cam to hold it in place. The buckle provides a flat hook into which the terminating brass end of the belt hooks to secure the belt in place. The terminating end is rivetted onto the strap with two rivets. The buckle has a light pebbled finish and edges are smoothed off. Colour matches well with the German Army olive moleskin trousers, but is also used with the current issue German Army flecktarn trousers. Used condition straps and buckles may show signs of use, or wear of the original olive-grey paint. The lengths of the belt are quoted in the manufacturer numbers in centimeters which indicates the entire length of the belt, and you should choose a larger length than your usual waist size to ensure the belt ends will overlap.
